Hi! I'm Heidi
I'm an Author, Neurodivergent Adult, Advocate, Activist, Public Speaker, Parent, and a bit of a PottyMouth. I work supporting parents and carers of children and young people, who are struggling to access an education.
I set up EOTAS Matters to support other families facing some of the same challenges I faced when my son, Theo, hit burnout and became too unwell to go to school.
I want families to have access to affordable, reliable information about how to advocate for their children who have barriers to traditional learning. I founded EOTAS Matters to help families overcome overwhelm caused by dealing with an outdated education system, that expects neurodivergent learners to thrive in an environment not built for them.
My first book, "YOUR CHILD IS NOT BROKEN - Parent Your Neurodivergent Child Without Losing Your Marbles" was released in January 2022.
I like giraffes and I think all dresses should have pockets.
It's nice to virtually meet you.
